Handmade Soap
About our Hand Made Soap
Our old-fashioned handmade soaps are created in small
batches using a variety of natural oils, butters & botanicals. These
ingredients are carefully chosen for their many benefits (moisturizing,
cleansing, healing & soothing) just to name a few. The addition of
essential & fragrance oils makes our soap a super sudsy, fragrant treat that
will leave your skin soft & smooth.
We allow our handmade soaps
to cure for at least 3 weeks to insure that you will get a good, hard bar of soap
that will last. All of our generously sized (5-5.5oz. bars) are
hand-cut and neatly packaged in our attractive (and recyclable)
kraft paper boxes.
We believe that once you have tried our hand made soaps, you will never go back
to using a store bought, manufactured bar.
How to maximize the life of your soap
We want you to get the most out of your handmade
soap. By following the tips listed below, your soap will last longer than most
Hollywood marriages.
A dry soap is a happy soap, therefore:
-keep your soap out of direct shower spray.
- use our wooden soap deck to elevate soap
and keep it out of sitting water.
Commercial (manufactured) Soap
Commercial soap is not soap
at all, it is a detergent that contains synthetic materials and chemicals
that strip your skin of it's natural oils. Manufacturers also remove the
glycerin from commercial soap and sell it separately as a by-product, this
is why commercial soap results in dry, itchy skin. Handmade soap retains
it's glycerin which is a natural humectant that draws moisture to the
skin. This results in a moisturizing soap that is beneficial to your
skin .

batch is tested by family and friends, but if irritation occurs, please
discontinue use.

to pamper even the most sensitive skin. The combination of coconut oil
and olive oil infused with soothing calendula & chamomile
makes this a skin pleasing ,wonderfully lathering soap. No added fragrance

Gardener's Hand Soap

Our
all-natural Castile soap combines the gentle, abrasive qualities of
apricot meal, poppy seeds and orange peel with a special blend of
essential oils to gently scrub away dirt and odors after a hard day
of working in the garden. Moisturizing oils are added to leave
your hands soft and smooth.

Jazzy Java Mint Kitchen Soap

This Kitchen Soap works like magic!!
We've added peppermint and
sweet orange essential oils and brewed French Roast coffee to our
super sudsy soap recipe to help remove
tough kitchen odors that regular hand soap cannot. The moisturizing
oils and butters used in this bar will insure that your hands will be kept
moisturized as well as cleaned. We also add ground coffee to get out
tough dirt and oil which will make this a staple in the garage
as well as the kitchen. It is successful in removing dirt, mechanical
grease, gasoline, seafood, onion and garlic odors.

oils, butters and botanicals that we use in our all-natural soaps. We call them
"nearly natural" since fragrance oil and/or color have been
added to them.
