Remove
all packaging before burning.
Soy
candles burn cooler (slower) then paraffin candles. In order to get the
most burn time out of your candles, they
should be burned one hour for each inch of their diameter. This allows
the wax pool to cover the entire surface which will extend burning time
and prevent a tunnel from forming down the middle of the candle
jar. Maximum scent throw is achieved when melt pool reaches outer
edge of jar and becomes approximately ¼ inch deep.
Soy
wax is softer and has a lower melt point then paraffin wax and
will melt when exposed to high temperatures. Remember to keep your
candles out of the sun, off the stove or radiators and away from
any other sources of heat that may melt them.
Place
on a heat resistant, stable surface, away from flammable objects
and out of the reach of children and pets. Hot candle jars
can damage furniture.
Be
sure to keep wick trimmed to about ¼ inch and centered to create an
even burn. Keep wax pool free of debris. Do
not over trim the wick or it will not burn hot enough to create a
sufficient melt pool and may not stay lit.
Avoid
drafts for an even burn and to prevent excess smoking.
Never
leave burning candles unattended.
Always
use caution when extinguishing candles. Never place face directly
over candle opening. Using a candle snuffer to extinguish candles
is the safest method. Allow
your candle to cool before re-lighting or before replacing lid on jar.
Stop
burning your candle when there is approximately 1/2 inch of wax
remaining in the bottom of the jar.
Never
burn candle in a container that is damaged.
Store
in a cool, dry location.
Relax
and Enjoy!
